The real question is not whether someone speaks the language, but whether they understand what you are negotiating. We assign by setting: price talks, production line walks and booth duty need different people.
Five services
- Business interpreting: price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.
- Technical interpreting: drawings, tolerances, process parameters, equipment and lines.
- Trade fair interpreting: booth reception, product briefing, buyer requirements and quotation notes.
- Certified translation: contracts, company documents, supporting materials.
- Business reception & itinerary: airport transfers, factory visit routes, multi-city coordination.
How interpreters are matched
Three criteria: language ability, industry background, setting experience. For technical sessions we confirm terminology and materials in advance, and hold a briefing call when needed. We do not dispatch a generalist to a technical meeting.
Process
- Send language, setting, city, date, duration and subject area;
- Confirm availability and quotation;
- Match the interpreter and agree terminology;
- On-site delivery, with notes as agreed;
- Feedback and settlement.
Typical response within 4 hours. Six cities can be arranged: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo, Foshan (other cities subject to availability).
Rates and rules
Charged hourly, half-day, full-day or per project. Below the minimum duration the minimum applies. Inter-city transport and travel are billed separately. Cancellation and rescheduling follow notice periods stated in the quotation.
Boundaries
- Whether a certified translation is accepted by customs, a bank, a court or an embassy depends on the receiving institution; we match the format to the purpose and do not promise an outcome;
- We do not perform procedures requiring third-party qualification (e.g. notarisation) but can help coordinate.
