你们是工厂，还是中介？

都不是。我们不做生产，也不靠信息差赚差价。收费对应的是「筛、Visit、验、跟」这几件具体的事，报价单会写明每一项的工作量和Deliverable。工厂报价由工厂直接给你，我们不参与加价。

只做Shenzhen、广东吗？

不是。Shenzhen、Dongguan、Foshan、Guangzhou是密度最高的区域，Resident同事也最多；Yiwu、Ningbo、Suzhou、Shanghai、北京、成都By project schedule。遇到Industrial belts更集中的Category（比如陶瓷在潮州、五金在永康），我们会直说该去哪里。

一次找厂大概多少预算？

取决于Category、CityQuantity和是否需要Sampling。单City、单Category、5 家以内的初筛加On-site audit，通常是一个可预期的固定项目费；跨省多City或需要陪同谈判，按天计。方案里会先给范围，不做事后加价。

翻译能盖章吗？海关、银行认吗？

可以。认证翻译按用途出件：海关报关、银行结汇、使领馆签证、法院或工商用途，格式和所需材料不同。我们按用途匹配译员并出具盖章译文，需要公证的会一并Notes流程和时长。

Trade show信息多久更新一次？

排期按季度更新，临近展期会核对主办方公告。除了Timeline地点，我们更关注买家结构和成交氛围——同一题材的展，专业观众比例可能差一倍。这些判断来自现场同事，不抄官网简介。

需求很模糊，只有一句「我想做个产品」，能接吗？

能。第一通电话就是把它拆成Category、目标价、Quantity、必须满足的功能和认证要求。拆不出来的时候，我们会先建议做一次小范围的市场和工厂摸底，再决定要不要开模。
