Business guides are the method layer: how to audit, how to compare quotations, how to choose a show, how to prepare a China trip. They do not replace the service pages and they are not an industry encyclopedia.

Seven topics

Topic What it answers
Sourcing strategy Where to start, supplier selection criteria, specification and MOQ
Factory audit What to check, how to record, visit versus formal audit
Pricing and negotiation Comparing three quotations, where the difference comes from, approving samples
Quality and compliance Sampling plans, defect judgement, packing and marks
Trade fair guides Show selection, buyer brief, on-site records, follow-up
Translation and business travel Interpreter preparation, technical sessions, multi-city trips, certified translation
Industry and regional guides Regional manufacturing differences, carried by the industrial belt pages

Current status

Guides are being published topic by topic. Each is 900 words or more with steps, checklists and a verification date. Unfinished topics are not filled with placeholder articles.

How this differs from a service page

A guide explains how to judge; a service page explains what we do, what you receive and what it costs. They link to each other but do not repeat each other.
