A trade show does not generate orders by itself. What generates orders is what you look at, what you record, and how you follow up. We treat a show as one concentrated screening pass: define the list before, collect evidence on site, prioritise after.
Verified entry: Canton Fair (140th session) — 15 October to 4 November 2026, in three phases by product group. Dates checked against the organiser and the Ministry of Commerce.
What we do
- Show selection and scheduling: whether it is worth attending for your category, market and sourcing stage, plus a show-and-city combination;
- Badge and booth coordination: entry arrangements and appointments with priority exhibitors;
- On-site records and follow-up list: one template for price, MOQ, lead time, certification and contact, then a graded follow-up list;
- Post-show factory visits: the shortlisted factories fitted into the same trip.
Who this is for
- First-time visitors unsure which show to attend or how many days to allow;
- Repeat visitors whose leads end up scattered across business cards and phones;
- Buyers who want to combine a show with factory visits but cannot build a sensible route.
How three days usually run
Day one: walk the halls to set priorities. Day two: deep conversations at priority booths and factory visit appointments. Day three: fill gaps and revisit. Routes follow the floor plan and your category, not hall order.
Follow-up
Leads are graded on three signals: quotation received, capacity confirmed, intent shown. Tier-one leads get an action within 72 hours — sample request, capacity check, factory visit — before interest goes cold.
Response time and coverage
Typical response within 48 hours. Six cities: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Ningbo, Suzhou. Show dates and visitor policy follow the organiser’s official information and are being verified before publication.
