Finding a factory is not about getting a list of phone numbers. It is about answering three questions: who can actually make it, how well, and where the price difference comes from. We screen by category and industrial belt, verify on site, then hand over a comparison table you can negotiate with.
Who this is for
- Buyers with no confirmed supplier who need a comparable shortlist;
- Buyers with a supplier who need a backup source;
- Buyers holding a contact from a trade show, marketplace or referral and unsure whether it is a real factory.
What we do
- Brief: category, target market, expected volume, budget, certification needs, deadline.
- Shortlist: screened by industrial belt and process capability, not by factory floor size.
- Verification: legal entity, production lines, equipment, quality records, capacity and scheduling.
- Three comparable quotations: same specification basis, then compare material, labour, tooling and MOQ.
- Sampling follow-up: sample confirmation points, revision record, first-article result.
What you receive
- Shortlist with screening basis and reasons for exclusion;
- Quotation comparison table (material, labour, tooling, MOQ, lead time);
- On-site verification record: photos or video, checklist, findings and stated limitations;
- Next-step recommendation: continue, switch factory, or revise the specification.
Lead time and coverage
Typically 5–15 working days. Seven cities can be arranged: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Ningbo, Suzhou (Shanghai by trade show schedule). Travel and third-party testing are billed at cost and are not included in the service fee.
When it is not a fit
- You only need a contact list of factories;
- You need us to advance payment or provide credit;
- The product requires importer-side registration (some medical devices, cosmetic filings); scope must be agreed separately.
Next step
Send category, target market, expected volume and timeline. The more specific the brief, the sharper the shortlist.
