A case is useful not because it shows we are professional, but because a similar problem tells you how to judge your own. Each case is written in six parts: background, problem, scope, actions, findings, result and basis.
Three directions already public
- Sourcing and audit: two production-ready factories shortlisted in three weeks, first sample approved without a revision.
- Capacity verification: on-site audit found two factories overstating capacity, backup factory signed, delivery pulled forward by 12 days.
- Trade show buyer group: a group of eight covered 41 booths in three days, follow-up list issued within 72 hours.
Full case pages are being prepared with authorisation confirmed. Client names, factory identities and order values will be de-identified before publication.
How results are written
- “Delivery pulled forward by 12 days” must state the baseline it is measured against;
- Where there is no measured data, the page says not quantified instead of inventing a percentage;
- Projects that failed or under-delivered are recorded too, with the limiting conditions.

If your situation is similar, submit the brief and note which case you would like to use as a reference.
