Submit a Request

You do not need a finished specification to start a China sourcing request. Four things are enough for us to say whether this is workable and what it would take.

  • Within 24 hours, working days First reply
  • Category, city, quantity, timing Information needed
  • 15 minutes, no charge Intro call
  • After scope is agreed, per engagement Payment

What to send

The category or product, the city or belt if you have a preference, the quantity you have in mind, and the date it needs to arrive. Add anything you already know: an existing supplier, a sample you rejected, a quotation that looked wrong.

If a specification exists, send it. If it does not, describe the use — what the product has to do is often more useful than a drawing.

What comes back

Within 24 hours on a working day: whether the request is within what we can do, what the scope would be, what it costs, and how long it takes. If it is not a fit, the reply says so and, where possible, points elsewhere.

If the scope is still unclear, we propose a 15-minute call. No consultation fee is charged for that call.

What we will not ask for

No deposit before a scope is agreed, no exclusivity, and no commitment to a volume. The first paid step is always a defined piece of work with a deliverable attached.
