Once the order is placed, the risk shifts from who to whether it is being made as agreed. We handle three things: milestone follow-up, quality control, and shipping release.
Who this is for
- Supplier confirmed, but nobody on the ground in China;
- First order, unclear what should be confirmed at each stage;
- Past experience of a good sample and a different bulk shipment.
Three services
Order follow-up and milestone alerts
We break the order into milestones (material in, tooling, trial run, mass production, packing, shipment), check progress and changes at each one, and record exceptions as they happen.
AQL pre-shipment inspection
Executed against an agreed sampling plan: appearance, dimensions, function, packing and shipping marks, defect classification, inspection record and photo evidence.
Booking, customs and documents
We coordinate booking and shipping dates and check document consistency. Carriage and declaration are executed by licensed providers; we coordinate and cross-check documents.
What you receive
- Milestone table with a record for each check;
- Inspection report: sampling plan, defect description, verdict, photos;
- Pre-shipment checklist: packing, marks, documents, container loading;
- Exception list with recommended action.
Lead time and coverage
Scheduled to the order cycle, usually from placement to shipment. Five cities: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Ningbo, Suzhou.
What we do not do
- We are not the carrier or the declarant; licensed forwarders and brokers execute, we coordinate and verify documents;
- No payment advance, no credit line;
- Quality verdicts follow the agreed standard and sampling plan; disputes outside that scope are handled separately.
