The hardware fair is where tools and small metal goods are shown as products rather than as capability: hand tools, power tools, abrasives, fasteners, welding, garden equipment and PPE. Held in Shanghai in March, it chains easily with a Jiangsu or Zhejiang factory week.

40th edition

17–19 March 2027, National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), Hongqiao. Around 170,000 sqm, 3,200+ exhibitors, halls grouped by product type. Dates confirmed by the organiser.

Who it suits

  • Buyers of hand and power tools, fasteners, abrasives or PPE;
  • Buyers comparing many small suppliers inside one category;
  • Buyers pairing Shanghai with Yongkang or Jinhua tool factories.

What it is not

Not a furniture or consumer electronics show. If your category is home goods, CIFF or the gift fairs are the right trip.
