Admission requirements

  • Pass one real-scenario test (industry material, not a generic text);
  • Provide a real availability calendar instead of “always available”;
  • Accept per-job settlement and client feedback scoring;
  • Accept confidentiality: no client or project details disclosed.

Dispatch rules

Matched by industry (consumer electronics, molds and hardware, furniture and building materials, apparel and beauty, home appliances and auto parts, precision manufacturing) and by setting (negotiation, technical, booth, written). Two consecutive failed scores in the same setting pause dispatch.

Monthly, based on actual hours and agreed rates. Travel is reimbursed at cost with prior approval.
