This work involves third-party licences, so the boundary must be written first: who executes, who signs, who carries the result.

Three boundaries

  • We do not sign on a provider’s behalf and do not carry their statutory liability;
  • Third-party costs are itemised in the quotation, never bundled into the service fee;
  • Disputes are settled against the contract and the report, not verbal promises.

Bring a real report to the conversation

We check only the sampling size, defect classification, whether photos are time-stamped and whether the conclusion is actionable. A report that just says pass does not clear review.
