A business group differs from a tour group in one thing: tolerance for change. One schedule change and costs jump. So we look at route-change capability before price.

Admission requirements

  • A stated response time and pricing rule for route changes;
  • Ability to support early starts and late additions around factory visits;
  • Clear working method for vehicles, guides and interpreters.

Dispatch and settlement

Dispatched by city and group type. Quotations are per person or per vehicle-day with itemised costs. Monthly settlement; extra costs from route changes are confirmed in advance.

Business groups need the ability to reroute

A factory pushes the schedule, a show overruns, the client adds a city: rerouting the same day is what carrying it means. Licences are checked against the registered scope.
